竹山县娱乐场所女性性服务人员艾滋病高危行为干预效果评价

Effect Assessment on the Intervention to the High-risk Behavior of Female Sex Workers in Entertainment Places

目的探索在娱乐场所女性性服务人员中推广使用安全套和健康教育等干预方法对预防艾滋病的可行性。方法在娱乐场所实施100%安全套使用项目,通过采取安全套推广和健康教育等方法,比较干预前后娱乐场所女性性服务人员艾滋病知识知晓率、安全套使用率和性病艾滋病感染率。结果娱乐场所女性性服务人员艾滋病知识知晓率、安全套使用率均明显提高,性病感染率显著下降。结论对娱乐场所女性性服务人员开展的健康教育与干预方法切实可行,效果明显,能起到控制艾滋病传播的作用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the probability of interventions as promoting condom and heath education to the Female Sex Workers （FSW） in entertainment places. METHODS Carried out the “100% Using Condom Program” in entertainment places. Compared the AIDS knowledge known-rate, the rate of using condom and HIV and other sexually transmitted disease infect rate before and after intervention. RESULTS The rate of known AIDS knowledge and using condom went up obviously, and the sexually transmitted disease infect rate declined significantly. CONCLUSION The way to launch health education and intervention to FSW is feasible and the effect is obvious, and it could control the prevalence of AIDS.
