摘要
目的了解甘肃省不同城市社区卫生服务机构(community health services,CHS)人力资源现状,为合理配置CHS人力资源提供科学依据。方法采用统一设计的调查表进行调查。结果各城市CHS机构的人力资源发展不均衡、专业结构不平衡、学历水平偏低、职称结构较低、非专业人员较多、卫生技术人员的培训力度不够。结论调整CHS人力资源结构,均衡发展各市人力资源,加强并规范CHS人力资源培训。
OBJECTIVE To study the current status of human resources in community health service (CHS) in different crees of Cansu Province, and to provide the scientific basis for stategy making. METHODS Basic current status of CHS human resources is investigated by standard questionnaire. RESULTS The structures of human resources aren't reasonable, proportions of professional and technical posts is irrational, academic degrees and the profession diathesis of the personal is quite low, and the tfining for general practice medicine is lagged. CONCLUSION The structure of human resources in community health service institutions need to be adjust and the quantity of human resources need to be increased moderately, and human resources in different cities should be developed in balance and human resources training in CHS institutions should be strengthened.
