摘要
综述了镁合金无铬化学转化膜技术,介绍了磷酸盐、锡酸盐、稀土金属盐、植酸盐、氟锆酸盐、高锰酸盐、钨酸盐、单宁酸盐、钼酸盐化学转化膜等的形成机理并进行了评价,展望了今后镁合金无铬化学转化膜的发展趋势。
The technology of Cr-free chemical conversion coating on Mg alloys was reviewed. The formation mechanisms of the chemical conversion coatings produced from stannate, phosphate, rare earth, phytate, fluorozirconate, permanganate, tungstate, tannate and molybdate were introduced and evaluated. The prospect of Cr-free chemical conversion coatings in future was predicted.
