摘要 目的:了解大学生的快乐源,为学生在良好学业情绪状态中学习的研究作准备。方法:以某师范大学二年级开设教师教育课程的学生394人为研究对象,要求他们先对照一个快乐清单(30个条目,选1条得1分,未选得0分)检核自己的快乐源,再自列快乐清单,然后对大学生所列快乐清单进行分类、编码、统计。结果:大学生的快乐源可分为十大类,依其体验到快乐的多少依次排序为人际关系、主动活动、学业、休闲、生理需要满足、亲情、得到祝福与鼓励、团队活动、其他(打扮自己)、工作(挣钱);性别差异比较显示,女生在亲情(57.5%vs.37.7%,P<0.01)、团队活动(42.6%vs.29.9%,P<0.05)和其他项目(23.3%vs.7.8%,P<0.01)中的选择均多于男生。专业差异比较显示,各专业大学生选择学业为快乐源的学生人数和所占百分比都较多;汉语言文学专业与其他专业相比较,选择学业、休闲、主动活动、生理需要满足的较多;地理科学专业相对于数学与应用专业、音乐和美术教育专业则选择团队活动多一些;数学与应用专业选择主动活动作为快乐源的很少。结论:大学生的快乐源主要是他们的日常活动,并且对于快乐源的选择具有性别和专业差异。 Objective: To explore the possible resources of happiness and make preparation for the research on students'study in fine academic emotional status. Method: A total of 394 sophomores in normal university were asked to check their resource of happiness with a 30-item checklist and listed their own resource of happiness, and the listed happiness items were coded, classified, and analyzed. Results: The college students' resource of happiness could be mainly divided into 10 kinds with descending sorts of interpersonal relationships, activity, academics, relax, physical satisfaction, being greeted and encouraged, love among family members, group activity, others (e. g. dressing up themselves), job ( earning money) . Gender difference showed that girl students got more happiness from family love ( 57.5% vs. 37.7%, P 〈 0. 01 ), group activity (42. 6% vs. 29.9%, P 〈 0.05 ), and others ( e. g. dressing up themselves) (23.3% vs. 7.8% ; P 〈0.01 ] than boy students. Major differences showed that all majors in the investigation got more happiness from academics. Chinese language majors could get more happiness from academics and relax; geography majors could get more happiness from group activity; while applied math majors got little happiness from activity. Conclusion: Resources of happiness of college students are mainly their daily activities, and with differences in gender and majors.
