摘要
目的:对编制的网络使用自评量表进行试测,评价其信度和效度。方法:在本现况调查中,方便抽取北京市某非重点中学的1240名学生进行网络使用自评量表测试,并随机选取其中的130名学生进行三周后的重测;采用描述性流行病学方法对试测样本进行初步分析。结果:量表重测信度(r)为0.74(P<0.01),全量表的Cronbachα系数为0.86;因子分析共提取8个因子,因子负荷数在0.382~0.811之间,累计贡献率为60.1%;将单侧95%(即x+1.645s)作为阳性界值点,此时灵敏度为26.9%,特异度为94.0%,网络成瘾检出率为6.8%,且男生检出率高于女生(9.9%vs.4.2%,P<0.01),高中生检出率高于初中生(8.4%vs.4.7%,P<0.01)。结论:自编的网络使用自评量表有满意的效度和信度,可用于中学生网络成瘾的流行病学调查;初步调查提示中学生网络成瘾有性别和年龄分布的差异。
Objective: To assess the reliability and validity of the Self-rating Internet-using Scale. Methods: A sample of 1240 middle school students was selected for pilot evaluation of the scale. A test-retest study was conducted to evaluate the reliability among 130 middle school students. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis method. Results : It showed that the test-retest reliability was 0. 74, and the Cronbach's α coefficient was 0. 86. Factor analysis extracted 8 factors, with factor loadings between 0. 382 and 0. 811 and a cumulative contribution rate of 60. 1%. When the cut-off point of the scale for diagnosis was 91 ( x + 1. 645s ), the sensitivity was 26. 9%, the specificity was 94. 0% the positive rate of internet addiction disorder ( IAD ) was 6. 8%. The positive rate of IAD in boys was significantly higher than that in girls ( 9.9% vs. 4. 2%, P 〈 0. 01 ) , and the positive rate of IAD in senior high school student was significantly higher than that in junior high school students (8.4% vs. 4. 7%, P 〈0. 01 ) . Conclusion: The Self-rating Internet-using Scale has good reliability and validity, and can be applied for IAD study in middle school as a screening tool. The distribution of IAD by gender and age are significantly different in middle school students.
