摘要
相对于传统的舰船电力网络,直流区域配电电力网络具有容量大、电能密度大、网络拓扑结构复杂等特点。本文分析了基于时间电流原则的传统保护方法对于直流区域配电电力网络保护的局限性。并从系统论的角度分析了智能保护系统的结构和功能,即数据采集和实时数据库系统实现故障信息的采集、处理,专家系统调用实时数据库、专家数据库,输出决策指令,执行系统快速实现对网络的重构,保护。实例分析表明了该保护方法实现了较好的保护功能。
Compared with traditional shipboard power system network, DC-ZEDS-based power system network has some features, such as high capacity, complicated network topological structure and so on. This paper discusses the disadvantages of traditional time-current principle based method on DC-ZEDS-based power system network protection. It analyses the intelligent protection system's structure and function in systemic aspect at the same time. That is data collection and real-time databank system to realize the fault information's collecting, processing, expert system to output instructions through using the real-time databank and expert databank, running system to realize the reconfiguration and protection fleetly. Example shows the protection method has a better protection performance.
