中国工业化进程中农村劳动力转移“中间力量模型”的构建

Construction of "Intermediary Forces Model" on Rural Labor Transfer in the Industrialization Process of China

文章在借鉴"推—拉"理论的基础上,结合中国的实际情况,从影响劳动力转移的全过程出发,着眼劳动力转移的中间环节,构建农村劳动力转移的"中间力量模型",对中国工业化进程中农村劳动力转移的影响因素进行了解释,并提出相应的对策建议。

On the basis of “Push - pull” theory,the paper constructs “intermediary force model” on the transferability of rural labor force, starting from the whole process of the labor force transferability, focusing on the intermediate links of the labor force transferability and considering the practical situation in China, which tries to interpret the factors affecting the transfer in the industrialization process of China, and put forward some proposals and countermeasures as well.
