将志愿者服务机制引入养老服务问题的研究

目前,我国人口老龄化日益严重,老年人的养老服务问题正面临着越来越严峻的困境与压力。在老人选择一种养老方式后,如何护理成为重要一环。我国现有的各种养老模式都面临着专业的养老服务人员短缺的问题。在刚刚过去的北京奥运会中,志愿者服务的成果不得不说是该届奥运会的一大亮点。本文将奥运志愿者服务体系引入养老服务中来,既能减轻养老服务人员短缺问题,同时在高素质的经过专业培训的志愿者在给老年人提供养老服务的过程中加强新老几代人的沟通交流,在代际之间传承中华民族的传统美德,构建和谐社会。

At present, with the increasing population of the aged, how to provide good service to the aged has been facing more and more difficulties and under serious pressure.After the aged choose a way to spend the rest of life, it is an important task for the government to provide good service for the aged. China＇ s existing models for old-age are faced with a shortage of professional service personnel. However, in the Beijing Olympic Game which was just over svevral months ago, the high quality service of volunteers could be considered as a major bright spot.In this article, the writer has an idea that we may solve the problem by introducing the Olympic volunteer service mechanism into the system of providing service for the aged. Firstly, it could alleviate the shortage of old-age service personnel. Secondly, after the volunteers been well-trained, they could provide high quality service to the aged people, and in the process of providing service, the old and new generation could communicate more with each other, which will enhance the relationship between them.Thirdly, it is also a good way to transmit the Chinese nation＇s traditional virtue between generations and build a harmonious society
