Men and women with androgynous traits are more likely to choose or to be adapted to the mode of equal gender roles, which gets the highest satisfaction in the marital relations. In the mode with both the couple manag- ing together affairs inside and outside home, both the spouses share equally with each other the housework and responsibility to foster children, and enjoy mutual support and development in their careers. In order to cultivate the androgynous traits the social policy, family, school and mass media should work together so as to form a fa- vorite social and cultural environment for it.
