摘要
高校毕业生就业面临困惑,就业率不断下滑。化解高校毕业生就业难成了当下探讨的热点问题,而《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的颁行可为高校毕业生择业就业带来诸多利好影响。
In accordance with some statistics, the real employment rate of college graduates is decreasing. Difficulties faced by the graduates in job hunting have become a hot issue. This article hence analyses positive effects that Labor Contract Law will bring on the graduates' employment.
