近视视觉经历对视功能影响的研究

摘要 目的观察近视视觉经历对视功能的影响。方法随机选择近视患者33例(66眼)作为观察组,视力正常者31例(62眼)为对照组,运用视功能检测软件对患者手术前后的视功能(视觉噪声、位置噪声、轮廓整合)进行检测。结果观察组的视觉噪声(9.12±0.71)、位置噪声(5.56±1.76)与对照组的视觉噪声(8.95±1.09)、位置噪声(5.02±1.82)比较差异无显著性(P均>0.05),但观察组的轮廓整合(4.27±0.76)功能明显低于对照组(4.71±0.52),P<0.01。结论近视视觉经历对人眼的视觉噪声和位置噪声处理功能无影响,但对轮廓整合功能会产生负面作用。 Objective The effects of myopia history on vision function are evaluated. Methods 33 patients (66 eyes) with myopia were randomly enrolled in the observation group, 31 normal individuals (62 eyes) were ad- mitted in the control group, the vision function test software were used to detect the vision function (visual noise, position noise and contour integration) before and after surgery. Results In observation group, the visual noise (9.12 ± 0.71) and the position noise (5.56 ± 1.76) did not differ from the visual noise (8.95 ± 1.09) and position noise (5.02 ± 1.82) in the control group ( P 〉0.05). But the contour integration (4.27 ± 0.76) in the observation group was significantly lower than that (4.71 ± 0.52) in the control group, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion Myopia history does not affect human eyes capacity in treatment of visual noise and position noise treatment, but negatively affects on the contour integration.
