拉细羊毛混纺织物的活性染料染色工艺探讨

Study on Reactive Dyeing Process of Optim Blended Fabrics

采用M型活性染料三原色染绢丝/拉细羊毛/羊绒混纺织物,探讨染色工艺参数对色差等染色性能的影响,最后进行染料拼色试验。结果表明:M型活性染料在绢丝/拉细羊毛/羊绒混纺织物上能够获得较高的固着率和较好的同色效果。

Silk/Optim/cashmere blended fabrics are dyed with tricolor of bifunctional reactive dyes with monochlorotriazine group and vinylsulfone group, and the effect of dyeing process conditions on the color difference is studied. It carries on color matching. The test result indicates that tricolor of bifunctional reative dyes can be applied to obtain higher fixation rate and better solid shade effect of the fabrics which are made of spun silk, Optim and cashmere.
