摘要 基于倍捻机龙带传动布置方式,建立了4个不同的包角计算模型,根据模型对小弧型龙带传动方案的包角进行了精确的计算,结合包角建立龙带传动系统方程组,运用MATLAB语言编程对龙带集体传动系统进行优化,使锭子消耗的功耗波动达到最小。 The paper establishes four geometrical models of calculating contact angle for different structural arrangements about group driving of apron belt of Double twist frames. And they have been applied to calculate the contact angles of an apron belt driving named small arc accurately. It establishes equations set of driving of apron belt with angle contact. Then by doing an optimization for this group driving of apron belt, the method minimizes the unevenness of power exhausting of spindle friction.
