摘要
传统电磁式电流互感器的体积、安全性以及输出接口等指标已经难以满足电力系统小型化、数字化、智能化的发展。文章根据新型电子式互感器标准IEC61850-9-1,在考虑低成本的情况下,对互感器合并器的硬件选择进行了可行性分析。针对基于以法拉第旋光效应的光学电流互感器,设计了一套可靠的可控制采样频率的硬件电路对光信号进行滤波、采样。给出了核心处理器以及以太网控制器的硬件选择方案。最后对IEC61850-9-1的帧格式进行说明,并且对软件进行了优化性的设计。
The feasibility of hardware choice of merging unit is firstly analized on the basis of IEC61850-9-1 while the cost of hardware is considered. A sample-frequency controled hardware is designed to filter and sample the signal which is produced by an optical current transducer on the basis of Fraday effect. A hardware plan how to choose central processing unit and ethernet controller is given. Lastly, the frame format of IEC61850-9-1 is explained and the software is designed optimizationally.
