摘要
一种基于CAN总线的监控系统,采用在洞库温度监控环境下的系统结构和节点设计,由上位机、CAN网卡、节点微控制器,CAN控制器组成。系统采用总线方式的拓扑结构,利用CAN总线实现上、下位机间的通信,上位机设置参数,并接收下位机的温度数据;下位机通过A/D转换得到温度数据,将温度数据送至上位机并进行处理,然后通过DA转换得到模拟信号,以通过变频器控制空调,调节节点周围的温度。
A temperature control system based on CAN bus uses system structure and node design of temperature control in storeroom, and consists of upper industry control computers, CAN interface card, nodes controllers, CAN controllers and so on. Bus topology is adopted, and communication among upper industry control computers and nodes controllers is based on CAN Bus. The upper industry control computers configure the parameters, and accept temperature data from nodes controllers; the nodes controllers receive the digital temperature data from AD Converters, send the data to the upper controllers, then use DA Converts to convert the digital temperature data to the analog signals, which control air condition by transducer to regulate the temperature around the nodes.
