摘要
1988年1月出版的《现代摄影》第十二、十三合期中,刊登了顾铮一篇谈论城市摄影的文章。当时顾铮还是一个年轻的摄影爱好者，手持相机终日行走在自己生活的城市上海，捕捉随时看到的街头景色。在这篇顾铮的早期文章中，他是这样来描述“城市摄影观”的。
Photography is a medium of city. In a sense, in the past 600 years since the invention of photography, it is the mature and rich city culture that makes photography culture develop colorfully. It is no exaggeration that city is the key of photography. What photography discovers is the richness of city, and the specical display way of photography gives us a familiar and strange feeling of city.
