摘要 目的分离并鉴定板栗总苞的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和重结晶等多种分离方法对板栗总苞的体积分数为95%乙醇溶液回流提取物进行分离,并通过NMR和TLC等多种方法对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为5-羟甲基糠醛(5-(hydroxymethyl)furfural,1)、没食子酸(gallicacid,2)、对羟基苯甲酸(P-hydroxybenzoicacid,3)、对苯二酚(hydroquinone,4)、麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β,5α,8α-三醇(ergost-6,22-diene-3β,5α,8α-triol,5)、莽草酸(shikimicacid,6)、豆甾-4-烯-6β-醇-3酮(stigmast-4-en-6β-ol-3-one,7)、ganschisandrin(8)、齐墩果酸(oleanolicacid,9)。结论其中化合物6为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物7~9为首次从栗属植物中分离得到。 Objective To isolate the chemical constituents and elucidate their structures from the involucre of Castanea mollissima Blume. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatogrammphy on silica gel columns and recrystallizing methods. NMR and TLC were employed for the structural identification. Results Nine compounds were obtained and elucidated as: 5-hydroxymethylfurfural ( 1 ), gallic acid (2) ,p-hydroxy- benzoic acid (3), hydroquinone (4), ergost-6,22-diene-3β,5 α, 8α-triol ( 5 ), shikimic acid ( 6), stigmast-4-en- 6β-ol-3-one ( 7 ), ganschisandrin (8), oleanolic acid ( 9 ), respectively. Conclusions Compounds 7 - 9 are isolated from Castanea genus for the first time, and compound 6 is obtained from this plant for the first time.
