摘要
为建立完整、简洁、有效的玉米细胞质雄性不育分类体系,从大田育性鉴定、育性专效性恢复鉴定、细胞学鉴定和分子水平鉴定四方面对分类方法作了全面总结,建立了相对完整的分类体系。同时对体系进行优化,认为大田育性鉴定,细胞学鉴定和PCR分类鉴定是最优化的体系,从而为不同类型的细胞质快速应用、种质鉴定作了理论铺垫,为不同细胞质类型研究提供了理论支持。
In order to found a integrity, compact, effective classification system in cytoplasmic male sterility of maize, the classification methods of cytoplasmic male sterile in maize from identification of fertility, restoration identification of special fertility, morphological identification and molecular identification were summarized comprehensively, and found a comparatively complete classification system. We think identification of fertility, morphological identification , PCR classification identification is the best classification method. This provided a throretical base for rapid application and germ plasm study of different type of cytoplasm.
