1-MCP对绿豆种子萌发过程中酚类物质及抗氧化活性的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF 1-MCP ON POLYPHENOLS AND ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY RESPONSE DURING MUNG BEAN GERMINATION

摘要 采用0.2μl/L、0.5μL/L和1.0μL/L1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP),0.05g/L、0.10g/L、0.15g/L乙烯利处理绿豆种子,测定种子发芽率、鲜重、下胚轴长度、乙烯释释放量、呼吸强度、总酚含量以及抗氧化活性等指标。结果表明,两种处理均提高了幼苗的鲜重、总酚含量,并提高了抗氧化能力。与乙烯利处理相反,1-MCP降低了种子的发芽率、乙烯释放速率和呼吸速率,促进了下胚轴伸长。 Mung Bean seeds were treated with 0.2 μl/L1 - MCP, 0.5 μl/L1 - MCP and 1.0 μl/L 1 - MCP, and with 0.05 g/L, 0. 10 g/L, 0.15 g/L Ethrel, germination percentage, shoot weight, hypocotyl length, respiration rate, ethylene production, total polyphenols content and antioxidant activity were measured during seed germination. The results showed that both treatments enhanced the seedling weight, total polyphenols content and antioxidant activity. 1 - MCP treatment reduced while Ethrel increased germination percentage, respiration rate, ethylene production, but increased hypocotyl length.
