基于ADAMS的型孔式棉花精量排种器排种性能影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 结构参数、工作参数对排种器的排种性能好坏影响很大,为了解不同参数与排种器排种性能间的关系,对型孔式棉花精密排种器的排种过程进行虚拟研究,仿真在不同孔型以及不同行程速比情况下的排种过程。结果表明:排种器的排种性能与型孔形状、尺寸有很大关系,孔口成喇叭状的型孔易于充种,型孔内圆形较方形易于种子顺利囊人。排种器的排种性能与排种轮转速ω有关,仿真获得较好排种性能时的临界角速度ω_(max)约为975°/s。零速投种和排种轮线速度以及播种机进给速度都有关系,但若取适当的行程速比系数,则基本可实现零速投种,仿真获得该系数为42。 The performance of cotton precision seed -metering device is influenced by structural and working parameters awfully. In order to find out the relation between different parameters and performance of cotton precision seed - metering device, seed - metering course of profiled device has been researched with virtual method. Some seed - metering courses in different shape of holes and speed ratios have been simulated. The results shows that the performance of cotton precision seed - metering device has much to do with holes shape and dimension. It is easy to full seeds in bell - mouthed hole, and it is easier to enter for seed into the circular hole than quadrate hole ; the performance of cotton precision seed - metering device has relation greatly to ω of dibbler, the critical ω is 975 degrees/s while the device is in better status by simulation. Zero speed seed - metering has relation to dibbler' s speed and forward speed , the zero speed has been obtained basically if the speed ratio is appropriate, it is 42 that simulation obtains.
