摘要
基于虚拟仪器技术的步进电机控制系统,采用虚拟仪器替代传统仪器、测试软件替代硬件电路的方式,实现了步进电机的正、反转控制。借助于LabVIEW图形化编程软件,按照控制系统的要求,组建了步进电机控制系统,并给出了控制过程的虚拟前面板及程序框图。虚拟仪器在步进电机控制系统的开发应用,提高了步进电机控制过程的自动化和智能化水平,为步进电机在控制领域的应用,提供了一种简便易行的方法。
The positive and negative rotation control of step motors was achieved by using virtual instrument to replace traditional equipment and test software to replace hardware circuits based on virtual instrument. Controlling system of step motors was set up and front pale and procedures diagram were given with the help of LabVIEW. Development and application increased the automation and intelligence level of step motors control process in step motors controlling system and provided an easily usual approach.
