摘要
后压法双预应力混凝土梁的关键技术是顶压钢筋锚具的可靠性。本文针对后压法双预应力梁常用锚固体系的类型,设计了一种新型锚固试验装置,重点对其锚固系统的工作性能进行试验研究,对预压钢筋在试验过程中预应力损失进行定量分析。结果表明,设计的螺帽及采用的螺纹类型等效果良好,可作为梁体制作及试验过程应力计算的参考。
The key technique of bi - prestressed concrete beam is the reliability of the anchorage system of post - compressed thread bars. Aimming at anchorage system's types of bi - prestressed concrete beams , a new type anchorage experiment installation was designed, the operating capabilities of anchorage system was primary studied, and the stress losses of free - prissure steel in experimental process was quantitative studide. The result shows that, the screw nut and thread type work effectively, and the results can provede some references for beam production and stress calculation in expetimental process.
