“以人为本”的居住区绿化设计的研究

DISCUSSION ON PLANTING AND GARDENING DESIGN ISSUES IN "HUMAN-ORIENTED" RESIDENTIAL AREA

居住区环境质量的高低对人们的生活影响是巨大的。近年来随着商品房档次的提高,人们对居住区绿化的要求也是越来越高。文章通过分析来强调居住区绿化设计的社会背景和重要意义,并提出"以人为本"的设计理念,使它成为城市居住区绿化设计更高的层次和要求。但在实践的设计中,却存在许多与"以人为本"的观念相悖离的现象,所以文章通过分析和总结,从居住区绿化生态性、实用性、文化性、亲和性、经济性等方面来研究存在的问题和不足,从而使居住区绿化设计真正做到"以人为本"。

The environmental quality of residential area has great influence on people＇s life. Along with the commercial housing upgraded in recent years, there has been demand for higher quality of planting and gardening in residential areas. To promote ＂ human -oriented＂ concept, planting and gardening design in urban residential community faces more challenges. In fact, practical designs are found going against the concept of ＂human - oriented＂. This essay intends to study problems and deficiencies existing in current designs. The discussion will be focused on ecological, practical, cultural, accessible and economical aspects of planting and gardening designs. Then the paper concludes how to embody ＂human - oriented＂ concept in planting and gardening designs for residential communities.
