摘要
地方高校图书馆要进行基于BPR理念的业务管理模式重构,关键在于人力资源的建设。目前地方高校图书馆人力资源普遍存在人员结构不合理,难以适应发展的要求及工作的积极性、创新性不够等问题。针对这种现状,要使地方高校图书馆事业可持续发展,有必要就人力资源建设提出相应对策,包括重视职业道德建设;加强业务素质建设,完善继续教育和培训机制,合理调整专业结构;提高综合应用能力;完善引进人才机制;引入竞争机制等。
The construction of human resources is the key to the reconstruction of the made of management based on the BPR in local university libraries. Nowadays there exist some problems in university libraries such as unreasonable personnel structure, staffs negative attitude towards their work as well as lack of innovation. The Paper puts forward five aspects on the construction of human resources in order to keep sustainable development: attaching importance to the construction of morality;strengthening the construction of professional qualities ;promoting the ability of comprehensive application ;perfecting the talent introduction; introducing the competitive mechanism.
