摘要
本文通过将层次分析和模糊理论结合,对美国保险集团AIG的三个子项目进行了管理绩效的综合评价。外包管理实验案例表明,该模型对保险行业大规模软件外包工程项目的测评标准进行了有效的量化,该体系对于类似的服务管理项目的绩效评价也同样具有参考价值。
Based on fuzzed AHP method, this paper discusses the management performance of the three projects that AIG outsource. The outsourcing management case indicates that this model has effectively quantitative individual indicator and that this indicator system contributes important values to the evaluation of other service management performances.
