东、西部高校体育院系师资队伍结构现状比较

Comparison Between the Faculty Structure of Teachers in Eastern and Western Physical Education Colleges or Departments

通过对东、西部体育院系师资队伍结构现状进行比较发现:(1)东、西部高校体育院系专任教师数量适宜、师生比例符合《普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估方案(试行)》中合格的相关规定;(2)西部高校师资年龄结构呈现年轻化趋势但副教授年龄结构偏高,教授年龄结构过高;(3)职称结构比例整体上趋于优化,但西部教授人数太少。(4)西部高学历人才严重匮乏;(5)西部教师科研成果人均量欠缺,50岁以上教师科研量比例过小,科研成果明显不如东部。

In this article a comparative study is made between the faculty structure of teachers in physical education colleges or departments of eastern higher - learning institutions and that of western higher - learning institutions. Results show that the number of full - time teachers in the two is proper, and the teacher - student ratio is satisfactory ; in terms of age structure, teachers in the western higher - learning institutions tend to be young; in terms of academic title structure, both are optimized, but western higher -learning institutions boast few professors; western higher- learning institutions are lacking in high -degree talents and scientific research projects.
