目的:对曲泉穴的定位进行操作,以期指导针灸临床。方法:采用解剖活动标志法取穴,借助屈膝、抬高大腿等活动,寻找体表解剖活动标志。结果:在体表活动标志的帮助下能够方便、准确地定位出曲泉穴。结论:曲泉穴宜采用解剖活动标志法取穴,方法简便、取穴准确、容易掌握。

Objective:Manipulation about location of Ququan,in order to guide clinical treatment of acupuncture.Methods:Locate the acupoint by anatomic movable sign and a series of motions such as bending knee and upraising thigh.Results:We can locate Ququan easily with the help of movable sign on the surface of body.Conclusion:It’s appropriate to locate Ququan by using the method.Besides,it’s easy and accurate to manipulate and we can understand easily.
