药对量效关系研究的认识与思考

Speculations on Relationship between Dosage and Effect of Prescriptions

"药对"是中医临床实践的经验总结,是方剂配伍的精华与核心所在,蕴含着丰富的科学内涵。以药对为切入点,应用现代科学技术与方法,从文献整理和数据挖掘、物质基础-生物效应关联研究、中医临床回顾性与前瞻性结合研究等方面对其进行量效关系的系统研究,以揭示药对组成和用量的科学性与合理性。

＂Paired drugs＂ is the result of the summary of TCM clinical experience and the core and essence of drug combination into prescriptions, with rich scientific connotations. With paired drugs as the starting point and using modem scientific techniques, the authors carried out a study of the dosage- effect relation based on literature collation, data exploration, research into correlation between material basis and biological effect, retrospect and prospect of TCM clinical practice, in an attempt to uncover the scientific nature and rationality of paired drugs and drug dosage.
