克瘤丸对Lewis肺癌生长转移及VEGF、MVD表达的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究中药复方克瘤丸对Lewis肺癌生长转移及VEGF、MVD表达的影响,进一步探讨克瘤丸的抑瘤、抗转移作用及部分机理。方法建立Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠模型,观察克瘤丸对Lewis肺癌生长、转移及VEGF、MVD表达的影响。结果克瘤丸大、中、小剂量组及联合用药组抑瘤率和NS组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);克瘤丸大剂量、中剂量组能抑制Lewis肺转移灶数,与NS组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);克瘤丸大、中、小剂量组及联合组的MVD表达与NS组相比明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);克瘤丸大剂量组、联合组对VEGF表达较NS组显著下调,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论克瘤丸能抑制Lewis肺癌小鼠的肿瘤生长及肺转移;下调Lewis肺癌小鼠瘤体MVD、VEGF的表达。 OBJECTIVE To investigate into the compound Chinese prescription Keliu Pill on the growth and metastasis of Lewis lung tumor and VEGF and MVD expression, in order to explore into the mechanism of Keliu Pill in inhibiting the growth and metastasis of tumors.METHOD Lewis lung cancer mice models were estabhshed for observation. RESULT In the large, medium and small dosage groups and the group with additional medications, the tumor-inhibiting effect was statistically different from that in the NS group ( P 〈 0.01), the metastasis - inhibiting effect was also statistically different from that in the NS group ( P 〈 0.01 ), the MVD expression markedly decreased as compared with the NS group ( P 〈 0.05), and the VEGF expression markedly decreased as compared with the NS group ( P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION Keliu Pill can inhibit the growth and metastasis of Lewis lung tumor and reduce MVD and VEGF expression in Lewis lung cancer mice.
