摘要
目的建立金振口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法、C18柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(45:55)为流动相,检测波长为278nm。结果黄芩苷在0.05~1.029g范围内线性关系良好,r=1.0000,平均回收率为101.49%,RSD为1.13%。结论该方法准确、可靠,精密度高,适于金振口服液的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining Baicalin in Jinzhen mixture. METHOD: A C18 column was used, with Methanol-0.1% H3PO4(45:55) as mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 278 nm. RESULT The calibration curve of Baicalin was linear from 0.05μg to 1.02μg with r = 1.000. The average recovery was 101.49% with RSD of l. 13 %. CONCLUSION This method was proved to be accttrate and acceptable, and can be selected to control the quality of the preparation. KEY WORDS: Jinzhen Mixture ; baicalin; content determination; HPLC
