RP-HPLC法测定金振口服液中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Jinzhen Mixture by RP-HPLC

目的建立金振口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法、C18柱，以甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（45：55）为流动相，检测波长为278nm。结果黄芩苷在0．05～1．029g范围内线性关系良好，r=1．0000，平均回收率为101．49％，RSD为1．13％。结论该方法准确、可靠，精密度高，适于金振口服液的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining Baicalin in Jinzhen mixture. METHOD： A C18 column was used, with Methanol-0.1% H3PO4（45：55） as mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 278 nm. RESULT The calibration curve of Baicalin was linear from 0.05μg to 1.02μg with r = 1.000. The average recovery was 101.49% with RSD of l. 13 %. CONCLUSION This method was proved to be accttrate and acceptable, and can be selected to control the quality of the preparation. KEY WORDS： Jinzhen Mixture ; baicalin; content determination; HPLC
