摘要 通过在4台新建600MW超临界机组直流锅炉采用不同吹管工艺的实践研究,从吹管效果、吹管工期、机组试运进度等方面对比分析了采用电、汽泵稳压吹管各自的特点,介绍了汽泵稳压吹管工艺的技术要点。研究表明:汽泵稳压吹管工艺具有吹管系数高、吹管工期短、锅炉厚壁元件损伤小以及不影响机组整套启动试运进度等优点,是600MW以上级超临界机组锅炉最佳吹管工艺。给出了超临界直流炉汽泵稳压吹管工艺的可行性分析。 The study on steam-blowing technologies with motor-driven and turbine-driven feed pumps was carried on four new 600MW supercritical units with supercritical once-through boilers. The characteristics of two methods are analyzed in comparison with blowing effects, steam-blowing time and commissioning schedule. Technical points of turbine-driven feed pumps are discussed. The study indicates that the turbine-driven feed pumps method is an optimal steam-blowing mode for 600MW and above supercritical units with supercritieal once-through boilers. The characteristic of the turbine-driven feed pumps method is high steam-blowing coefficient and short steam-blowing time and fast commissioning schedule and lower damage to thick wall components of boiler. The feasibility analysis for the turbine-driven feed Dumps method is given.
