摘要
研究了国华准格尔电厂石灰石/石膏法脱硫系统对主机的影响。试验包括启、停脱硫系统对炉膛压力的影响,手动开、关旁路烟气挡板对炉膛压力的影响,快开旁路烟气挡板对炉膛压力的影响,以及脱硫系统事故停运对炉膛压力的影响。试验结果对于保证脱硫系统正常运行,并避免脱硫系统触发锅炉MFT工作,导致主机灭火事故发生有很好的参考价值。
The influence of the flue gas desulfurization system （FGD） on the boiler furnace negative pressure was researched at the Guohua Zhungeer Power Plant in Inner Mongolia. The experiment includes： the influence of the start-up or shut-down of FGD on the boiler furnace negative pressure, The influence of opening or closing bypass plate on the boiler furnace negative pressure, the influence of fast open bypass plate on the boiler furnace negative pressure ,and the influence of the shut-down of FGD accidentally on the boiler furnace negative pressure. The results of the experiment have a good reference value on the operation of the FGD system, and can ensure the stability of boiler.
