摘要
300MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉在低负荷(60%负荷及其以下)运行时,经常出现旋风分离器的入口烟温处于超温运行(950~990℃),严重威胁锅炉风烟燃烧系统的安全稳定运行。在CFB锅炉低负荷时通过实际运行试验研究发现,随着一次风量/率的增加,炉膛内物料的流化状态变好,煤与空气的混合更均匀,炉膛内中下部的燃烧加强,能有效降低CFB锅炉旋风分离器入口烟温。
The flue gas inlet temperature of cyclone separator always exceeds the normal scope (950-990℃) when 300MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler is in operation at low load (equal to or less than 60% load). This seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of combustion system. When studying the operation test of CFB boiler under low load it is found that the fluidized state of material in the furnace becomes better, the coal and air mixed more uniformly and the combustion of lower part in the furnace becomes more intensively with the increase of primary air flow. All these phenomena can decrease the inlet flue gas temperature of cyclone separator effectively.
