牛GDF9基因5′侧翼区克隆及生物信息学分析 被引量:1

摘要 生长分化因子9(GDF9)是转化生长因子β(TGF-β)超家族的一个新成员,对哺乳动物卵泡的发育有重要的调控作用。本研究克隆了牛GDF9基因5′侧翼区1 370 bp的基因组序列,生物信息学分析表明,该区域的平均GC含量为38.5%,利用CpG岛在线预测软件CpGProD分析表明,牛GDF9基因5′侧翼区没有CpG岛;利用Promoter在线工具分析发现牛GDF9基因可能存在2个启动子位点,一个在翻译起始密码子前353bp处,另一个在翻译起始密码子前683 bp处;利用TFSiteScan在线程序分析发现该区域有98个潜在的转录因子结合位点,其中包括一些真核生物启动子的核心元件,如1个TATA-box、4个GC-box等,表明该区域是转录因子结合位点比较密集的区域。
