摘要
测试了加稀土元素的奥氏体热作模具钢的组织、强韧性及热稳定性,并利用SEM对冲击断口进行分析。结果表明:该钢具有良好的强韧性和高热稳定性,稀土的加入改善了钢的组织性能,室温冲击韧性超过300J/cm^2,在750℃保温20h的试验条件下,硬度降低1~3HRC,表明试验钢可以运用在高温工作条件下。
Rare earth elements were added into austenitic hot working die steel, the microstructure, strength-toughness and thermo stability of this steel were tested, and the impact fracture was analyzed by SEM. The results showed that the steel was of a good property of strength-toughness and high thermo stability. Rare earth elements improved the microstructure of the steel, the room temperature impact toughness exceeding 300 J/cm^2, and the hardness reducing only 1 - 3HRC at 750% for 20 hours, so the test steel could be used in high temperature applications.
