摘要
对直升机旋翼刹车过程的研究是飞机试制过程中的一项重要环节,针对传统机械惯量式试验系统的诸多不足,在旋翼刹车系统电模拟数学模型的基础上,构建了旋翼刹车试验电模拟控制系统.该系统选用直流电动机作为主要动力源,用小飞轮代替旋翼,通过调节直流电动机的转速来模拟旋翼的工作,对旋翼刹车过程进行研究.试验结果表明,该系统能够满足直升机旋翼刹车试验要求,并可缩短试验周期,降低试验成本,提高试验效率.
The study of helicopter rotor braking process is a key point in trial production of aircraft . Due to the defects in the test system of traditional mechanical inertia, the simulation control system of rotor brake test is constructed on the basis of mathematical models of electrical simulation in rotor brake test system. By adopting DC motor as main power source, using small flywheel instead of the rotor and regulating the DC motor to simulate the speed of the rotor, the research of rotor brake process is done. The results show that the system can meet the requirements of helicopter rotor braking, shorten the test cycle, reduce the test cost and raise the test efficiency.
