中空纤维陶瓷膜用于杜氏盐藻采收的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用中空纤维陶瓷膜对杜氏盐藻的采收过程进行了实验研究,考察了膜孔径、操作压力、浓缩过程等因素对通量的影响及通量稳定性,最后对污染膜进行了清洗研究。实验结果表明,孔径为20nm的中空纤维陶瓷膜用于杜氏盐藻培养液的浓缩采收过程较为合适;常温下,较优操作压力是膜组件进/出口为0.30MPa/0.26MPa,稳定通量达80L/m^2·h以上;浓缩10倍时,通量可达到60L/m^2·h左右;经40h的稳定运行,膜通量衰减20%左右。采用1%NaOH+0.2%NaCIO混合溶液与0.5%HNO,溶液在50℃~55℃条件下对实验用膜进行先后清洗,经清洗后,膜通量基本恢复到初始水平。 Recovery of DunalieUa salina was investigated using hollow fiber ceramic membrane. Pore diameter, pressure, steady of flux and concentration process and so on were discussed. The clearing process was also researched. The results indicated that the hollow fiber ceramic membrane with 20 nm pore diameter was a better selection for the recovery Dunaliella salina. A better inlet/outlet pressure of membrane module was 0.30 MPa/0.26 MPa, and the highest permeation flux attained 80 L/m^2·h at room temperature. When the DunalieUa salina solution was concentrated by 10 times, the permeation flux can attain 60 L/m^2·h. After 40 h continous filtration, the per- meation flux decreased by 20% to the initial value. The pure permeation flux of the membrane was fully recovered after clearing with 1% NaOH +0.2% NaCIO mixed solution and 0.5% HNO3 successively at 50℃ -55℃.
