摘要 文章以热力学第一定律和朗肯循环原理对二次蒸汽经压缩机加压(以下简称MVR工艺)后进行换热工艺的原理分析,阐述了二次蒸汽在压缩过程中的参数变化及滩田饱和卤水单效蒸发的低品位二次蒸汽经压缩提高压力后返回该效加热室作为加热热源的经济性。表明滩田饱和卤水及岩盐卤水为原料生产精制盐的蒸发工艺中,采用MVR蒸发工艺必将是节能减排、提高经济效益的极好途径。 Based on first law of thermodynamics and Rankine circulating principle, we analyzed the heat transfer process after compressing the secondary steam using compressor. It introduced the parameter variation of secondary steam in the compressing process and the economy of the low - quality, secondary steam of salt field saturated brine with single - effect evaporation, which was compressed and improved then returned its heating chamber, as heat source. The result showed that MVR is a good way to improve ecnomic benefit and promote energy saving and emission reduction when salt field saturated brine and halite brine as raw materials were used to the evaporating technic of producing refined salt.
