摘要
针对我国离心泵CAD的研究和发展趋势,建立了基于Windows环境下的开放式、可扩充的低、中、高比转速离心泵叶轮三维CAD设计系统。根据离心泵水力设计原则,完成了泵参数设计模块、叶轮参数设计模块、叶片绘型模块及接口输出模块的设计,开发了一套参数化CAD设计系统,实现了离心泵叶轮空间扭曲叶片的三维实体造型设计及仿真。
Toward the trends in research and development of CAD system in centrifugal pump ,an open-ended 3-D CAD system of centrifugal impeller is established about low,medium and high specific speed based on Windows environment. According to the hydraulic design principle of centrifugal pump ,the design modules of pump parameter,impeller parameter,blade plotting as well as interface parameters outputting are finished,and a set of parameterized CAD design system is developed. Thus the 3-D solid mass design and emulation of spatial warping blade in centrifugal impeller is carried out.
