摘要
利用Pro/E强大的三维实体设计功能,精确地实现了斜齿轮的三维建模。通过Pro/E与ANSYS的连接,将模型导入ANSYS软件中。在精确建模的基础上,确定了最恶加载线的位置及载荷沿接触线的分布状态,应用有限元法计算了这种载荷分布下轮齿的变形及齿根应力。提出了精确、迅速计算最大齿根应力的方法,较常规的计算方法更符合实际情况,得到的结果更为可靠。
Make use of the strong 3D entity design function of Pro/E software ,created the 3D solid model of involute helical gear accurately,then leading the model to ANSYS by Connecting Pro/E and AN- SYS software. Ascertained the position of the worst loaded-line and the distribution state along the contact wire based on the accurate model,then calculated the tooth deformation and the tooth root stress by using of the FEM. It provided an accurate and rapid calculation method of the maximum tooth root stress,which is more accord with actual situation compared with the normal methods ,and the results are more dependable.
