Basis of sound and lasting social cooperation:distributive justice——Thinking about the debate on Rawls′s theory of justice

分配正义问题的实质是如何促进社会合作的健全持久,它应该是一个具体的、相对的问题。围绕"公平正义"这一理论命题,梳理政治哲学各流派之论点,通过比较的方法,对罗尔斯《正义论》中分配正义理论进行了进一步论述。认为分配正义的主体应该多元化,除了福利政策之外,公民美德教育和现代慈善事业是缓解分配正义冲突的积极因素。

The issue of distributive justice, a relative but specific problem, lies in sound and in political lasting essentially how to strength a social cooperation. Concerning the problem of ＂distributive justice＂, all the differential viewpoints philosophy were sorted out and Rawls＇s theory of justice discussed in his a theory of justice was demon- strated by making a contrastive study. Sources of distributive justice must be diversified. In addition to welfare policy, citizenship virtue education and modern charity can be regarded as the positive factors in eliminating the conflicts of distributive justice.
