摘要
我国就业领域中的性别歧视问题已成为影响女性自身发展和社会和谐进步的巨大障碍。男女两性在就业机会、工作规定以及职业与收入等方面都存在着一定的差异。传统观念的影响、经济因素的制约以及政府政策失灵等因素是造成两性就业差异的主要原因。女性面对市场要增强自信,提高自身素质;同时政府要给予女性"自然成本"以社会化补偿;还应建立健全劳动力市场以及与劳动力市场相关的法律和政策,构建一种新型的性别文化,以弥合就业性别歧视。
At present, the sexual prejudice problem in employment has been the big obstacle of influencing women's self- development and social progress in our country. The influence of traditional idea, restriction of economical factors, and inefficient governmental policies are the main reasons why employment differences lie between them. Facing the market competition, female should strengthen their self - confidence and improve their ability. Meanwhile, the government should give the socialized compensations, establish the employment market and the relevant laws and policies to build a new sexual culture.
