基于虚拟仪器技术的拉伸流变仪测量系统的研究

摘要 为了测试聚合物熔体拉伸性能,设计了基于虚拟仪器的拉伸流变仪测控系统。运用虚拟仪器的设计方法,利用可视化图形编程环境,实现了多功能虚拟仪器软面板。该系统硬件配置简单、软件设计灵活、图形界面友好。将虚拟仪器技术应用于拉伸流变仪,可使系统柔性强,数据移植性好,信息管理和处理能力强大,使用方便并能获得更多信息,使其性能得到大幅度提升。 In order to test the elongational behaviour of polymer melts, the paper introduces a system of the measurement of RHEOTENS based on virtual instrument technology, The soft-panel of virtual instrument with mufti-function is obtained by use of the integrated design idea of virtual instrument end the environment of visualized graphic programming. The hardware configuration of the system is simple, the software design is flexible and the GUI (raphical user interface) is friendly, performance of RHEO-TEN- SION such as flexibility, abilities of data compatibility, ioformation management and treatment, will be improved greatly by the new technology of Virtual Instrument Technology and the RHEO-TENSION was used more easily.
