China has been a multi -ethnic country, since ancient times. Ethnic relations is not only a complex and sensitive topic,but also the major issues on reationship between the rise and fall of nation and social progress. This article discusses harmonious ethnic relations in the new era in the case of Gangcha County in Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province.
