摘要
文化产业就是文化产品的生产、经营、消费。文化产业具有自身规律:需求拉动产业、"无中生有"、"海量需求"和创新。我国文化产业品牌单一,产品短缺,营养不良,现状堪忧。因此,要推动中国文化产业大发展、大繁荣,关键在于"四坚持":坚持大改革──彻底理顺体制;坚持大创新──切实更新观念;坚持大组合──快速消除壁垒;坚持大生产──放开市场准入。
The cultural industry refers to the production, management and consumption of cultural products. The cultural industry has its own laws: demand invigorating industry, "fabricated", "massive demand" and innovation. The present situation of the cultural industry is worrying due to the single brand, the lack of products and "malnutrition". There- fore, the keys to making Chinese cultural industry develop and flourish lie in the four principals that we should uphold the deep reform completely strengthen out the system; uphold the great innovation effectively change the concept; uphold the large merger quickly eliminate the barriers; uphold the mass production open up the market access.
