MVP in China

MVP项目是PPG在2004年正式导入中国的,这在当时是比较超前的一个举动。通过MVP项目组和维修站管理人员的积极配合和紧密跟进,实现了其疏导繁重的钣喷车间工作量,最大化提升设备和人力资源的利用率,从而实现钣喷车间效益增长的目的。

MVP was introduced to China in 2004 by PPG, which was a great event in that time. Heavy workloads in spray sheet metal workshop have been alleviated and the utilization ratio of equipment and manpower has been maximized through the positive cooperation and close following up from MVP project team and maintenance station personnel, thus realizing the increasing efficiency of spray sheet metal workshop.
