摘要
目的:探讨在咖啡因合成中环境循环经济模式的技术和工艺流程。方法:采用活性炭纤维(ACF)吸附处理这一步骤中产生的废水,并研究ACF的电化学再生和电吸附法处理过程。结果:ACF的电吸附具有一定的可逆性;ACF的电化学负极化再生具有较好的效果。结论:说明用电化学法处理具有较大的应用潜力,在此基础上,对其中的循环经济过程进行了初步设计。
Objective: To explore the technique and technological process of circular economy in caffeine synthesis. Methods: Absorbed waste water by active carbon fiber (ACF). Studied the electrochemical regeneration of ACF and electric absorption treatment. Results: Experiment results indicated that the electric absorption function of ACF was reversible in some extent and ACF can be regenerated by electrochemical negative polarization effectively. Conclusion: Electrochemical method has promising potential in future industry application. Based on this, the preliminary design has been made for the circular economy process.
