下颌角骨折口内切口微型钛板内固定技术临床应用观察

Application of intraoral incision miniplate rigid internal fixation technique in mandibular fracture

目的:观察微型钛板内固定技术在下颌角骨折治疗中的应用。方法:68例患者下颌角骨折行口内切开复位微型钛板内固定。结果:65例患者术后伤口均I期愈合,3例术后伤口局部裂开,延期愈合;66例恢复正常咬关系,2例咬关系尚好。3个月后X线复查,全部病例骨折愈合良好。结论:微型钛板内固定技术在治疗下颌角骨折中具有非常可靠的效果。

Objective： To explore the application of miniplate rigid internal fixation technique in mandibular fracture. Methods： Treated 68 patients with mandibular fracture by intraoral incision miniplate rigid internal fixation technique. Results： Incisions of all 68 patients were primary healing. 66 patients had normal maxillary occlusal relation, while 2 had good maxillary occlusal relation. X-ray after 3 months showed well fracture healing of all patients. Conclusion： Miniplate rigid internal fixation technique is effective in the treatment of mandibular fracture.
