摘要
介绍了一种简单易行的多节定向耦合器设计方法。采用平行耦合线的分析理论得到了多节定向耦合器的耦合度通用表达式,再通过耦合度带内波纹波动最小条件求解得到耦合器的设计参数。最后给出了一个设计实例,耦合器在工作带宽1~4GHz内,插损小于0.4dB,耦合度带内波动小于±0.25dB,设计数据和实物测试数据具有很好的一致性。
A simple method for designing multi - section couplers is presented. The multi - section directional coupler is analyzed by coupled line theory and the general expression of coupling factor is deduced. The design data of the coupler is obtained by minimizing the ripple level of coupling factor. Finally, an example is given. In frequency range from 1GHz to 4GHz, the insertion loss of input port is less than 0.4dB, and the ripple level of coupling factor better than ± 0.25dB. The measurement data is consistent with simulation results.
