摘要
科学发展观是指导发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现。学会用科学发展观认识和改造世界,只有从哲学的高度,才能充分认识科学发展观的重大理论价值和实践价值,全面把握以人为本、全面协调可持续发展的深刻内涵。其中最根本的是重点把握"为什么发展"、"为谁发展"、"靠谁发展"、"发展什么"和"怎样发展"这些带根本性、全局性、战略性的重大问题。
Scientific development concept is the centralized reflection for the guidance of the world concept and methodology. Recognizing and reforming the world with scientific development concept from a philosophic perspective help us fully know important value on both theoretic and practical of scientific development concept and overall grasp pro- found cormotation of people-oriented and comprehensive harmonious and sustainable development. We should focus on these fundamentally, overall and strategically problems such as ＇why develop＇, ＇ for whom to develop＇, ＇on whom to develop＇ and ＇how to develop＇.
